Meatballs with sourdough breadcrumbs

Our favorite recipe to make meatballs and perfect to use the leftover pieces of stale bread. No waste!

Ingrédients

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 100 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • italian seasoning, salt, pepper

Instructions

  • In a food processor: mix the sourdough bread into crumbs

  • In a bowl: add the breadcrumbs, the egg, the parmesan, the seasonings of your choice and the beef and mix it all together with your hands or a wooden spoon
    500 g ground beef, 100 g parmesan cheese, 1 egg, italian seasoning, salt, pepper, 100 g breadcrumbs
  • Make meatballs in your hands and place them in a cast iron pan or other pan of your choice.
  • Preheat the oven at 400°F or 205°C. Bake for 15-20 minutes depending on the size of your meatballs.
