Sourdough discard waffles

So quick and easy, this sourdough waffle recipe will become one of your favorite recipes for a family breakfast.

  • 320 g of sourdough starter active or discard
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 g of honey
  • 5 ml of vanilla
  • 60 g of melted butter or coconut oil
  • 2 g of salt
  • 5 g of baking soda

Instructions

  • Add the sourdough starter, eggs, salt, coconut oil (or butter), honey, vanilla, and baking soda.

  • Let it rest for a few minutes until you have a fluffy mixture.
  • Heat the waffle iron, then pour in the batter and cook.
